An elected, seven-member Board of Trustees is responsible for governing the affairs of The Woods Owners Association. Official standing committees that assist the Board are the Budget & Finance, Architectural Review and Common Area Committees. In addition, ad hoc committees assist with beautification efforts, welcoming new residents, social events and other activities.
